Property cleanouts come with a deadline. A listing that needs to photograph well, a closing date, a new tenant moving in on the first, or an asset manager waiting on a trash-out. Whatever was left behind has to go: furniture, mattresses, appliances, bags of trash, a full garage, a shed out back. And the house has to be ready on time.
This is work for real estate agents, banks and asset managers, property managers, landlords, investors, and executors. Nobody has to be there. Leave a lockbox code or meet us once, agree on the price, and we text you photos of every room when the job is done. If a property needs more than one truckload, we quote the whole job up front, not load by load.

Pick the day
We're open 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, and same-day is often possible. Tell us the deadline and we'll work back from it.
We clear it
Room by room, plus the garage, basement, shed, and yard. Usable items go to donation and metal goes to recycling wherever we can.
Photos and a clean house
We sweep each room and text you photos when the property is empty, ready for listing photos, a walkthrough, or the next tenant.
Pricing
What changes the price.
You pay for the space your items take up in the truck. Labor, loading, hauling, and disposal are in the one number we quote before we start. Three things move it:
- How much was left behind, measured in truckloads
- Stairs, long carries, and outbuildings like sheds and garages
- Heavy material like appliances, concrete, or yard debris

What is a foreclosure cleanout or trash-out?
It's clearing everything left in a property after a foreclosure, eviction, or move-out so it can be listed, sold, or rented again. We remove furniture, appliances, trash, and belongings from every room, the garage, the basement, and the yard, then leave it broom-clean.
Do I need to be there?
No. Most property cleanouts are done with a lockbox or key code. We agree on the price first, then text you photos when the property is empty.
Can you send before and after photos?
Yes. We take photos before we start and after each room is cleared, and text or email them to you, your agent, or your asset manager.
How fast can you clear a property?
Most houses are cleared in a day, and same-day is often possible. Bigger properties can take two loads or two visits. Tell us your closing or listing date and we'll plan around it.
Can you remove a tenant's belongings after an eviction?
Yes, once the property is cleared to be emptied. If there's a required waiting or storage period, make sure it has passed first. Your attorney or property manager will know the rules for New Hampshire or Massachusetts.
What can't you take?
Hazardous materials: paint, solvents, chemicals, pesticides, propane, fuel, and medical waste. Those need a town hazardous-waste collection or a licensed hauler. Everything else that's non-hazardous and that two people can carry, we take.
