Everything out, floor swept, car back inside by dinner. We clear garages, basements, attics, and sheds across Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts, usually in a single visit.
A garage or basement cleanout is the job we do most. The pattern is always the same: a space that filled up a little at a time over ten or twenty years until the car stopped fitting or the stairs got hard to use. Old furniture, boxes from the last move, broken exercise equipment, paint cans, a dead fridge, sports gear from kids who are now grown. Most of it hasn't been touched in years.
Our two-person crew shows up in a window you pick, walks the space with you, and gives you one price before anything moves. Then we do the carrying. Bulkhead stairs, narrow basement doors, attic hatches, and detached garages at the end of a long driveway are all normal for us. We load from wherever it sits, sweep when we're done, and haul it all away the same day. You point, we lift.
We're based in Salem, NH, and clean out garages and basements in Derry, Windham, Pelham, Hudson, Nashua, Londonderry, Manchester, and Bedford on the New Hampshire side, and in Methuen, Haverhill, North Andover, Andover, Dracut, and Tewksbury in Massachusetts.

We walk it with you
On the day, we look at what's going, confirm the price, and set aside anything you want to keep. Nothing moves until you say go.
We load and sweep
A single or two-car garage is usually one truckload and a few hours. We carry everything out, load the truck, and sweep the floor.
It's gone
We haul it away the same day. Usable items go to donation, metal goes to recycling, and the rest is disposed of properly.
Pricing
What changes the price.
You pay for the space your items take up in the truck. Labor, loading, hauling, and disposal are in the one number we quote before we start. Three things move it:
- How much of the truck it fills, from a single corner to a full bed
- Heavy material like concrete, tile, or dirt, which is priced by weight
- Whether a second truckload is needed for a very full space

How long does a garage cleanout take?
Most single and two-car garages are cleared in two to four hours with our two-person crew. Basements take about the same unless the stairs are tight or there's a lot of heavy material. We tell you up front if a space will need more than one truckload.
Do I need to sort anything before you come?
No. Pull out anything you want to keep, or just point to it on the day and we'll set it aside. We do the rest of the sorting as we load, separating what can be donated or recycled from what goes to disposal.
Can you clean out a garage while I'm at work?
Yes. If the garage or basement is unlocked or you leave a code, and we've agreed on the price, we can do the job while you're out and text you photos of the empty space when we're done.
How much does a garage cleanout cost in Southern New Hampshire?

What won't you take from a garage?
Hazardous materials: paint, stains, solvents, pesticides, propane tanks, gasoline, and car batteries. Most towns in Southern NH and Northern MA run household hazardous waste days for those, and we'll point you to the right one. Everything else that's non-hazardous and that two people can carry, we take.
