Construction and renovation debris removal

Kitchen and bath remodels, flooring tear-outs, deck boards, drywall. We load the pile from wherever the contractor left it and haul it the same day. No dumpster in the driveway, no permit, no waiting.

A remodel leaves a pile. Old cabinets, countertops, drywall, tile, flooring, trim, a vanity, a toilet, and bags of the small stuff. A dumpster handles it, but a dumpster also sits in your driveway for a week, needs a permit on some streets, and costs the same whether it's full or half-empty. For most residential remodels in Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts, having us load the pile and haul it in one visit is simpler.

We work with homeowners doing their own projects and with contractors who'd rather not lose a crew member to dump runs. We load from the garage, the driveway, the basement, or straight from the room if that's where it is. Heavy material like tile, concrete, and plaster is priced by weight rather than volume, and we tell you that up front.

Clean wood, metal, and cardboard are separated for recycling. Fixtures and cabinets in good shape are donated when we can place them. The rest goes to a licensed transfer station.

How it goes

Four steps, no surprises.

1

Text photos of the pile

A photo of the debris and a note on where it is gets you a quote fast. Mention heavy material like tile or concrete so we can price it right.

2

One visit, or scheduled runs

Single pickup for most remodels. For a longer project we can come at the end of each phase so the site never backs up.

3

We load it

From the room, the garage, or the driveway. We bring the bags and the bins.

4

Hauled and sorted

Wood, metal, and cardboard are separated for recycling. The rest goes to a licensed facility.

Pricing

What changes the price.

You pay for the space your items take up in the truck. Labor, loading, hauling, and disposal are in the one number we quote before we start. Three things move it:

  1. Volume, measured in how much of the truck bed it fills
  2. Heavy material like tile, concrete, plaster, and dirt, priced by weight
  3. Whether the pile is bagged and in one place or spread through the house

I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel at a condo, and I needed the construction debris removed the same day since it couldn't be left on the property … Rocky's responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, and had everything loaded up in no time.

Their team cleared out a large truckload of junk that we needed removed from the Humane Society for Greater Nashua. Their contribution and donation of their time to help our nonprofit goes a long way for us.

Got a quote online, got it all setup through text. They took everything we needed. Even was able to add on a day or two before the pick-up.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is junk removal cheaper than renting a dumpster for a remodel?

For most residential remodels, yes, or close to it, and it's simpler. You pay only for the space your debris fills, there's no dumpster sitting in the driveway for a week, no street permit, and no loading it yourself. For a very large project with debris generated over weeks, a dumpster can make sense, and we'll tell you if that's the case.

Can you take tile, concrete, and plaster?

Yes, in moderate amounts. Heavy material is priced by weight rather than volume because disposal facilities charge by the ton. Tell us what's in the pile when you text photos and we'll quote it accurately.

Do you work with contractors?

Yes. Contractors in Southern NH and Northern MA use us for end-of-day pickups so their crews aren't making dump runs. We can schedule a single haul or recurring pickups at the end of each phase.

What construction material can't you take?

Asbestos (including old floor tile, pipe wrap, and some plaster), lead paint chips in bulk, chemicals, solvents, and fuel. Those need a licensed abatement or hazardous-waste contractor. Ask if you're not sure; we'll tell you honestly.

Do you remove debris in Northern Massachusetts?

Yes. Methuen, Haverhill, North Andover, Andover, Dracut, and Tewksbury are all on our regular route from Salem, NH, and there's no extra charge for Massachusetts jobs.
