Then the month-to-month bill keeps coming and nobody wants to spend a Saturday sorting it. Clearing one out is a quick job for us. You don't have to be there. Meet us at the unit to point out anything you're keeping, or give us the gate code and unit number and tell us what stays. We load everything else, sweep the floor, and text you a photo of the empty unit, which is usually what the facility wants to see before you close out.
Usable furniture goes to donation when we can place it, metal and electronics go to recycling, and the rest goes to a licensed disposal facility. We work at storage facilities across Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts from our base in Salem, NH.

Four steps, no surprises.
Send photos or the unit size
Text a photo with the door open, or just the unit size and what's in it, to 603-500-5865. We send back a quote, usually within minutes.
Pick a time
We're open 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. Check your facility's gate hours and we'll plan around them.
We empty it
Meet us there or leave the gate code. We set aside anything you're keeping and load the rest.
Photo and done
Floor swept, photo sent. Close out the rental and the monthly bill stops.

What changes the price.
You pay for the space your items take up in the truck. Labor, loading, hauling, and disposal are in the one number we quote before we start. Three things move it:
- How much of the truck the unit's contents fill
- Heavy items like appliances, safes, or exercise equipment
- Facility access: drive-up units load faster than interior units on upper floors

How much does a storage unit cleanout cost?
It depends on how much of the truck the unit's contents fill, with loading, hauling, and disposal included. Single items start at $35. Text a photo of the open unit to 603-500-5865 and we'll send a quote, usually within minutes.
Do I need to be there?
No. Give us the gate code and unit number and tell us what to keep, or meet us once at the start. We text you a photo of the empty unit when we're done.
How long does it take to empty a storage unit?
Most units are emptied in a single visit. The Salem, Windham, and Andover units on our site each took one visit, most in under an hour. A large unit packed to the ceiling may need more than one truckload, and we'll tell you up front.
What happens to the things in the unit?
Usable furniture is donated when we can place it, metal and electronics are recycled, and the rest goes to a licensed disposal facility. Anything you want to keep, we set aside.
What can't you take from a storage unit?
Hazardous materials: paint, solvents, chemicals, propane tanks, fuel, and medical waste. Everything else that's non-hazardous and that two people can carry, we take.
